Our Policies

Rationale:

4woods Early Learning Centre expects all fees to be paid to the centre on a regular basis for the child’s care and education.

Objectives:

To ensure parents, caregivers of 4woods Early Learning Centre pay weekly in full unless prior arrangement has been made with Management.

Fees can be changed at any time by Management.

Procedures:

All fees must be paid in full one week in advance at the rate and times that have been agreed in writing.
Fees will be paid by direct credit, automatic payment or telephone transfer.
Full fees are due until written verification of subsidy through Work and Income New Zealand is received. Your account will then be credited or a refund made.
Full fees are required to be paid for absences.
Full fees will be charged on the day/s your child is enrolled on a public holiday.
Fees are not charged when centre is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas break.
A 15% discount will be given to any subsequent child’s fees, if one or more siblings are enrolled full time (over 35 hours) at 4woods Early Learning Centre. This includes children who are enrolled in the Oscar programme.
The Oscar programme is no longer subsidised by WINZ. 4woods still offer before and after school care for school age children.
If you fail to pay your full fees on time, you must discuss the situation with management so a satisfactory outcome can be achieved. Management also reserve the right to refer debt to a collection agency as required.
A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged if your child attends before or after their enrolment times.
